History

Tate Armstrong and the Gould family founded Konterra Realty in 1998. Rich McCoy joined ownership in 2002, initiating property management services to serve the organic development growth.

Collectively, Konterra Realty ownership brings 5 decades of experience and knowledge to the company and remain active in all aspects of its operations. This longevity of leadership and hands-on approach strategically positions the company for responding with flexibility, timely decisions, and knowledgeable solutions for our clients.

Due to its origins, Konterra Realty has significant elements in common with the owners of the real estate it offers.  The Konterra Realty staff is thus trained to think like owners, and its goals and methods are closely aligned with those property owners.
